We have 2 cats and ours all get on very well, although Fern had been allowed to chase her breeders cat – it took a while but she is fine with ours now and they all live very happily together. I think it helps if your cat(s) feel secure enough to show a pup who the boss is as well as good training.
I have 2 cats and they get on very well with my labrador. It took a while as I had the dog first but now there are no problems. I also have a friend who has a cat and a cocker spaniel and they too get on really well.
